What is 1-1 Coaching?

The 1-1 counseling program, is tailored to your individual needs for effective weight loss. You will benefit from a personalized plan customized to meet you where you are. People typically lose between 7-14 pounds within the 6 week program

What’s included?

  • Initial consultation plus 5-follow-up visits.

  • At the initial consultation, we review your history, goals, preferences, lifestyle, etc, and create a customized meal plan specifically for you.

  • During the follow-up visits, you will send in your weight, go over food logs, plan the next week, and answer any questions you may have.

  • In between these sessions, you can text your counselor any time for questions and support

    Alexa knows one-size-fits-all diets don't work for everyone. She tailors diets based on your unique factors like age, sex, height, weight, and activity level. Her program combines proven strategies for success, letting you still enjoy your favorite foods and still see results.

  • Weekly Recipes

    Tired of your same old breakfast? On top of being a health coach and product developer, Alexa is also a recipe creator! When you sign up for session with Alexa, she’ll send you weekly recipes that are diet friendly and delicious. Check it out!
